As a result of retirement and closure of operations, our own product lines (individually or enbloc) are assigned to suitable companies who are interested in taking over production and sales in the sense of succession! Both a pure sale and license agreements or mixed agreements are possible. The assignment is made including the complete technical and commercial know-how, the customer and supplier relationships as well as the existing parts warehouse, but excluding: Staff, locations and operational inventory. The future business is not local and is released from any previous obligations!
